Abena is a goal-oriented legal practitioner. She is well versed in company and commercial matters. She has advised and consulted on company formation and registration, corporate governance and compliance as well as debt recovery. She is also involved in several of the firm’s arbitration and commercial litigations. Abena has previously been involved in Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) policy making, implementation and reporting. She previously worked as an ESG personnel for one of Ghana’s established large scale mining firms.

She is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) Degree in Company and Commercial Law at the University of Ghana, Legon - Accra. She holds a Professional Law Course Certificate from the Ghana School of Law; a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the Central University, Miotso – Tema; and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi.

Abena is very much concerned with the status of her clients’ cases and approaches same with utmost diligence.
