Kwadwo is an Executive of the Firm and leads the commercial transaction and advisory team.

He is a qualified lawyer in Ghana with experience that spans both law firm and local and international in-house counsel roles.

Kwadwo has garnered vast experience in consulting for various sectors such as information technology, telecommunications, intellectual property, oil and gas, mining, natural resources and energy.

Kwadwo has previously worked with ENS Africa; AB & David; and prior to joining Paajoy Law group, was legal counsel at Castle Builders Capital and Investment Limited.

Kwadwo also works as a Contracts Manager with the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
