He has developed several workable business models and processes, building cohesive winning teams and very passionate about positive organisational change.

He has worked and consulted as a Business and Finance Manager in the Real Estate and Retail sector.

He has also played consulting roles in the hospitality, agribusiness and commodity sector advising start-ups on areas of compliance, business processes, fundraising, procurement and recruitment.

He is very skilled in change and business process improvement; budgeting and treasury management as well as strategic planning.

Manaf holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA)- Accounting & Finance from the University of Professional Studies, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Ghana Institute of Management and & Public Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration – Accounting from Valley View University, Ghana.
